How do I sign up for the newsletter?
You can sign up at the bottom of the page or via the pop-up that appears when you visit our website.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you no longer wish to receive the Hartford newsletter, you can easily unsubscribe:
- By clicking the unsubscribe link in one of our emails
- If you send an email to contact@hartford.fr, our Customer Service team will be able to unsubscribe you.
Please note that it may take a few days for your unsubscription to take effect. If you change your mind, you can easily subscribe to our newsletters again by scrolling to the bottom of our homepage.
I'm not receiving your emails and newsletters. What should I do?
After you sign up for our newsletter and place your first order, you should receive emails from us, including Hartford newsletters, order confirmations, updates on your returns, and responses from Customer Service.
Your email provider may flag our emails as spam. If this happens, please add "contact@hartford.fr" to your contacts.
Be sure to use the email address you used to sign up. If you're still having trouble, contact our Customer Service team with as many details as possible about the issue, and we'll do our best to help you.
