A - Neck circumference: Measure the base of the neck by slipping a finger between your neck and the measuring tapeB - Chest circumference: Measure the widest part of the chest.
C - Waist measurement: Measure the narrowest part of your waist.
D - Hip circumference: Measure the widest part of your hips.
