How do I subscribe to the newsletter ?
You can subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of our home page or by the pop up that appears when you visit our website.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you no longer wish to be subscribed to the Hartford newsletter, you can simply unsubscribe:
- By clicking the unsubscribe link in one of our emails
- By sending an email to contact@hartford.fr, our Customer Service will be able to unsubscribe you.
Please note that unsubscription may take place a few days later. If you change your mind, you can easily subscribe to our newsletters again by going to the bottom of our home page.
I am not receiving your emails and newsletters, what should I do?
After you sign up for our newsletters and place your first order, you should receive emails from us, including Hartford newsletters, confirmations of your orders and the processing of your returns, and responses from Customer Service.
Your email may identify our emails as spam. In this case, please add "contact@hartford.fr" to your contacts.
Make sure you use the email address you used to register. If you still have problems, contact our Customer Service with as much detail as possible about the problem and we will do our best to help you.
