How do I subscribe to the newsletter ?
Nothing could be more simple! There are two ways to subscribe to the newsletter. Click here to create a Hartford account where you can choose the option to receive the newsletter. Or, you can register at the bottom of the home page.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you no longer wish to be subscribed to the Hartford newsletter, you can simply unsubscribe:
- By clicking the unsubscribe link in one of our emails
- When logging into your account, click on ''Edit'' in the ''Contact details'' section and uncheck the 'Newsletter' option
- Please note that unsubscription may take place a few days later. If you change your mind, you can easily subscribe to our newsletters again by logging into your Hartford account.
I am not receiving your emails and newsletters, what should I do?
After you sign up for our newsletters and place your first order, you should receive emails from us, including Hartford newsletters, confirmations of your orders and the processing of your returns, and responses from Customer Service.
Your email may identify our emails as spam. In this case, please add "contact@hartford.fr" and "newsletter@hartford.fr" to your contacts.
Make sure you use the email address you used to register. Just log in to your account to check. If you still have problems, contact our Customer Service with as much detail as possible about the problem and we will do our best to help you.
