Flint Men's Brown Checked Brushed Tencel & Cotton Shirt

This shirt fabric is a cotton flannel, woven in Portugal and OEKO-TEX certified. Particularly appreciated for its brushed feel, this finish is obtained by scraping the cotton canvas to give it a soft and fluffy appearance. A timeless part of our Autumn-Winter collections, it is used here to make our winter shirts with large tartan or shaded checks and in its heavy version (170g/m²), but it is also available in a plain mottled version (145g/m²) as well as in a lighter version (132g/m²) with small checks and gingham.

This garment was crafted at our specialist shirt maker. Located near Casablanca in Morocco, this tailoring workshop has been manufacturing Hartford shirts for over 30 years. They work traditionnally and specialize in shirtmaking. We tipically take care of all the supply of materials and accessories and they focus on crafting the perfect shirts. This process guarantees a very reasonable and responsible production: even our surplus and scrap fabrics are upcycled, sometimes to make boxer shorts or tote bags. This family factory, which today employs nearly 300 people, is regularly audited for compliance with the ICS code of conduct.
