Shipping & Tracking

We ship to all countries in the European Union and almost anywhere in the world via DHL.

To find out if we ship to your country, go to the bottom left of our website and select the "Country/Region" menu (at the bottom right of the menu on mobile). You can then select your country and be redirected to the corresponding website.

Hartford offers several delivery options in France:

• GLS pickup point - 2 to 3 business days - €4
• Colissimo pickup - 2 to 3 business days - €5
• GLS Home Delivery – Real-time tracking, 48 hours – €6
• Colissimo Home Delivery (with signature) - 2 to 3 business days - €7
• DHL Express 24-Hour - €15

Standard shipping (Colissimo and GLS) is free on orders of €200 or more.

Hartford offers shipping via DHL to the United States. Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping costs are $25 and are waived for orders over $300.

Taxes and customs duties are included in the order total, and the customer does not have to pay any additional taxes upon receipt of the order.

Hartford offers shipping via DHL to Canada. Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping costs are 35 CAD and are waived for orders over 480 CAD.

Taxes and customs duties are included in the price of each product, and the customer does not have to pay any additional taxes upon receipt of the order.

Hartford offers Standard and Express shipping for deliveries within the United Kingdom.

Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days via Standard shipping (2 to 3 business days via Express).

Standard shipping costs £10. Shipping is free on orders over £200.

Express shipping costs £15.

Taxes and customs duties are included in the order, and the customer does not have to pay any additional taxes upon receipt of the order.

Hartford offers Standard and Express shipping for deliveries within Switzerland.

Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days via Standard shipping (2 to 3 business days via Express).

Standard shipping costs are 10 CHF for Switzerland. Shipping is free for orders over 250 CHF.

Express shipping costs are 15 CHF.

Taxes and customs duties are included in the order, and the customer does not have to pay any additional taxes upon receipt of the order.

Hartford offers two delivery options to Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, and Italy:

• Standard Shipping - 3 to 4 business days - €8
• Express Shipping – 2 to 3 business days - €20

Hartford has chosen DHL for its deliveries to French overseas departments and territories. Orders are delivered within 4 to 5 business days.

Hartford ships from mainland France. As a result, certain taxes and customs duties may be charged upon delivery. In such cases, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Hartford offers shipping via DHL to Australia. Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping costs are AUD 40 and are free for orders of AUD 600 or more.

Prices include GST. The total amount you pay includes all duties and customs taxes. No taxes or customs duties are payable by the customer upon receipt of the order.

For all other countries (outside Europe), Hartford offers shipping via DHL.

Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the country.

Hartford ships from France. Depending on the country, customs duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of the order. These may be charged directly by the carrier, DHL, and are the customer’s responsibility.

If you haven't received your package within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please check the status of your package on the carrier's website (Colissimo, GLS, or DHL) using the tracking number sent to you by email. You can use the link on our Delivery page to do so.
