Delivery & Tracking

We deliver to all countries in the European Union and almost everywhere in the world with DHL.

To find out if we deliver to your country, you can go to our site at the bottom left in the "Country/Region" menu (bottom right of the Menu on mobile). You will then be able to select your country and be redirected to the corresponding site.

Hartford offers several delivery solutions in France:

• GLS at collection point - 2 to 3 days - 4€
• Colissimo collection point - 2 to 3 days - 5€
• GLS at home – real-time tracking 48 hours - 6€
• Colissimo home delivery (signature required) - 2 to 3 days - 7€
• DHL Express 24H - 15€

Standard delivery (Colissimo and GLS) is free for purchases over 200€.

Hartford offers DHL delivery to the United States. Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days.

Delivery costs are $25 and are free when the order is over $300.

Taxes and customs duties are included in the order and no additional taxes are to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the order.

Hartford offers DHL delivery to Canada. Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery costs are CAD 35 and are free when the order is over CAD 480.

Taxes and customs duties are included in the price of each item and no additional taxes are to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the order.

Hartford offers Standard and Express delivery to the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

Orders are delivered in 2 to 5 working days for Standard service (2 to 3 working days for Express).

Standard delivery costs are £10 for the UK and CHF 10 for Switzerland. They are free when the order is over £250/CHF 250.

Express delivery costs are £15/CHF 15.

Taxes and customs duties are included in the order and no additional taxes are to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the order.

Hartford offers two delivery solutions to Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy:

• Standard delivery - 3 to 5 working days - 8€
• Express delivery – 2 to 3 working days - 20€

Standard delivery is free from 250€ of purchase. Express delivery cost 12€ for orders above 250€.

Hartford ships from France so no taxes or customs duties are payable by the customer upon receipt of the order.

Hartford offers two delivery solutions to the rest of Europe:

• Standard Delivery - 3 to 5 working days - 12€
• Express Delivery – 2 to 3 working days - 20€

Standard delivery is free from 250€ purchase.

Hartford ships from France so no taxes or customs duties are payable by the customer upon receipt of the order.

Hartford has chosen DHL for its deliveries to the French overseas departments. Orders are delivered in 4 to 5 working days.

Shipping fees, taxes and customs duties are calculated during the checkout.

Hartford ships from mainland France. It is therefore possible that certain taxes and customs duties may be requested upon delivery. In this case, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Hartford offers DHL delivery to Australia. Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery costs are AUD 40 and are free from AUD 600 of purchase.

Prices are GST inclusive. The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. No taxes or customs duties are payable by the customer upon receipt of the order.

For all other shipping countries (except Europe), Hartford offers DHL delivery.

Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days depending on the country.

Hartford ships from France. Possible Customs Duties and Taxes may apply upon receipt of the order depending on the country. They can be claimed by the carrier DHL directly and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you have not received your package within 7 days following the indicative delivery date, remember to check the situation of your package on the carrier website (Colissimo, GLS or DHL) depending on the delivery method selected when placing your order.
