How do I sign up for the newsletter?
You can register at the bottom of the page or via the pop-up that appears when you visit our website.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you no longer wish to receive the Hartford newsletter, you can easily unsubscribe:
- By clicking on the unsubscribe link in one of our emails
- By sending an email to contact@hartford.fr, our Customer Service team will be able to unsubscribe you.
Please note that unsubscribing may take a few days to process. If you change your mind, you can easily subscribe to our newsletters again by going to the bottom of our home page.
I am not receiving your emails and newsletters. What should I do?
After subscribing to our newsletter and placing your first order, you should receive emails from us, including Hartford newsletters, confirmations of your orders and the processing of your returns, as well as responses from Customer Service.
Your email service may identify our emails as spam. If this happens, please add "contact@hartford.fr" to your contacts.
Make sure you use the email address you used to register. If you are still having problems, contact our Customer Service with as many details as possible about the issue you are experiencing, and we will do our best to help you.
