Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order as long as it has not been prepared and shipped by our teams.
In accordance with regulations, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order.

My order is incomplete or incorrect. What should I do?
We invite you to contact our Customer Service department as soon as possible, by phone at +33 1 58 39 39 86 or by email at contact@hartford.fr by providing your order number, the name and reference number of the item you did not receive and/or that is incorrect.
If a product you receive does not match the one you ordered, you can submit your return online via our returns portal. You will have the option to request a free exchange, a store credit, or a refund if the error was on our part.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Your order is confirmed upon receipt of an order confirmation email. If you have an account, you can also check the status of your order in the "My Orders" section after logging in.
If your order status is "Completed," please check your email inbox for our order confirmation email. You will find a tracking number at the bottom of the email. We also invite you to check the "Junk Mail" or "Spam" folder of your email inbox, as our emails may sometimes end up there.
How can I access my invoices?

Is it safe to order from the Hartford website?
For the security of your payments, we use PayPal and Adyen for credit card payments. Adyen is our partner that secures your payments via an online payment form that encrypts your card details in a highly secure environment.
To ensure secure transactions when paying by credit card, Adyen complies with Visa and MasterCard's PCI-DSS security standards and uses the 3DSecure 2 protocol for online sales. These security standards protect your account against unauthorized use of your card when you make online purchases.
With Adyen, your card payment is made directly on our website via a secure server. At no point will your card number be disclosed to us. In fact, we never have access to your banking information: the transaction is made directly between you and Adyen.
You can then enter your bank details with complete peace of mind: they will be automatically encrypted to guarantee the confidentiality of the payment and avoid any risk of hacking.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept most online payment methods (Carte Bleue Nationale, Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.).
For all orders paid by credit card, the full amount of the order will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation of the reservation.
Why was my credit card declined? What should I do if my payment has been declined?
Your credit card may be declined for any of the following reasons:
- Your card has expired. Please check the expiration date on your card.
- You may have reached the card's available limit. Check with your bank to find out your card's authorized limit.
- One of the details you entered is incorrect. Please check that you have entered the details correctly in the corresponding fields.
- 3D Secure was not completed in order to finalize your purchase.

How do I apply a promo code?
You must enter the discount code at checkout, as it cannot be applied later. You must enter the code exactly as it was given to you, without spaces, in the "Discount code or gift card" box (you will find this box in the "checkout process" on the right, just before confirming your order).
A few reminders for using a discount code:
- Only one discount code can be used per order.
- Each discount code has its own terms and conditions, so be sure to check them when you receive a code. Some codes can only be applied to specific items, and most codes have an expiration date.
- Some codes are dedicated to specific individuals or countries. The terms of use will indicate if a code can only be used in a particular country.
