How do I choose the right size?
To choose the right size for you, we recommend taking your measurements and referring to the size guide available on each product page. If you are unable to measure yourself, we also provide a conversion guide.
If you need further guidance on which size to choose, you can click on "Find My Perfect Size," which is also available on each product page. Based on your measurements, a specific size will be suggested.
How do I maintain Hartford parts?
We encourage you to review the care instructions provided on each product page before washing your Hartford clothing.
A few reminders:
- Use mild detergents without optical brighteners (such as "Le Chat Sensitive") or natural, eco-friendly detergents (such as "L'Arbre Vert" or detergents from organic stores).
- Sort your laundry into groups based on similar washing and care instructions, and separate whites from dark colors and other colors.
- The washing temperature listed on the care label is the maximum allowed temperature. But if you're unsure, always wash at a lower temperature rather than a higher one.
- Do not use a dryer to dry the clothes unless otherwise indicated on the care label.
- Rinse swim trunks immediately after use and do not wring them out.
- Turn the garment inside out before washing it.
Can a sold-out item be restocked?
We are currently unable to tell you whether an item will be restocked. However, we offer our customers the option to be notified when an item that was previously out of stock becomes available again: on the product page, simply click on the grayed-out size (out of stock) and select "Notify me when back in stock."
I saw a product, but I can't find it on the website.
Unfortunately, not all of our items are necessarily available for purchase in our online store.
