How to choose your size?
To choose the right size for you, we invite you to take your measurements and refer to the size guide available on each product page. If you are unable to measure yourself, we also offer a conversion guide.
If you need more advice on which size to choose, you can click on "Find my ideal size," which is also available on each product page. Based on your measurements, a specific size will be suggested.
How should Hartford parts be maintained?
We encourage you to read the care instructions available on each product page before washing your Hartford garments.
A few classic reminders:
- Use mild detergents without optical brighteners (Le Chat Sensitive) or natural, eco-friendly detergents (L'Arbre Vert or detergents from organic stores).
- Organize your laundry into groups with the same washing and care instructions, and separate whites from dark colors and other colors.
- The washing temperature indicated on the care label is the maximum permitted temperature. However, if you are unsure, always wash at a lower temperature rather than a higher one.
- Do not use a dryer to dry clothes unless otherwise indicated on the care label.
- Rinse swim trunks immediately after use and do not wring them out.
- Turn the garment inside out before washing.
Can an out-of-stock item be restocked?
We are currently unable to inform you if an item will be available again. However, we offer our customers the option of being notified when an item that was initially out of stock is restocked: on the product page, simply click on the grayed-out size (out of stock) and click on "Notify me when back in stock."
I saw a product, but I can't find it on the website?
Unfortunately, not all of our items are necessarily available for sale on our online store.
If you cannot find the product you want: send an email to contact@hartford.fr Be sure to include the product reference and a description of the item (color, size, Print, etc.). We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible and let you know where to find it.
