When and how are orders shipped?
Hartford has chosen Colissimo, GLS, and DHL to deliver your orders in France and internationally.
Each of your orders is shipped within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays—orders placed on weekends are shipped on Monday).
Delivery time is then 2-3 business days for France and 2-5 business days internationally, depending on the country.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to all countries in the European Union and almost anywhere in the world with DHL.
To find out if we deliver to your country, go to our website and click on "Country/Region" in the bottom left-hand corner of the menu (bottom right-hand corner of the menu on mobile devices). You can then select your country and you will be redirected to the corresponding website.
Delivery in France
Hartford offers several delivery options in France:
- GLS pickup point - 2 to 3 business days - €4
- Colissimo pickup point - 2 to 3 business days - €5
- GLS home delivery – Real-time tracking 48 hours - $6
- Colissimo home delivery (with signature) - 2 to 3 business days - €7
- DHL Express 24H - $15
Standard delivery (Colissimo and GLS) is free for purchases over €200.
Delivery to the United States
Hartford offers delivery via DHL to destinations in the United States. Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping costs are $25 and are free for orders over $300.
Taxes and customs duties are included in the order amount, and no additional taxes are payable by the customer upon receipt of the order.
If you are contacted by DHL regarding the origin of the products ordered, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at contact@hartford.fr, and we will take the necessary steps.
Delivery to Canada
Hartford offers delivery via DHL to Canada. Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping costs are CAD 35 and are free for orders over CAD 480.
Taxes and customs duties are included in the price of each product, and no additional taxes are payable by the customer upon receipt of the order.
Delivery to the United Kingdom
Hartford offers Standard and Express delivery for its deliveries in the United Kingdom.
Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days for Standard service (2 to 3 business days for Express).
Standard delivery costs are £10. Delivery is free for orders over £200.
Express delivery costs £15.
Taxes and customs duties are included in the order and no additional taxes are payable by the customer upon receipt of the order.
Delivery in Switzerland
Hartford offers Standard and Express delivery for its deliveries in Switzerland.
Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days for Standard service (2 to 3 business days for Express).
Standard shipping costs are CHF 10 for Switzerland. Shipping is free for orders over CHF 250.
Express delivery costs are $15.
Taxes and customs duties are included in the order and no additional taxes are payable by the customer upon receipt of the order.
Delivery to Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, and Italy
Hartford offers two delivery solutions to Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, and Italy:
- Standard Delivery - 3 to 4 business days - $8
- Express Delivery – 2 to 3 business days - $20
Standard delivery is free for purchases over €250. Express delivery costs €12 for purchases over €250.
Hartford ships from France, so no taxes or customs duties are payable by the customer upon receipt of the order.
Delivery to the rest of Europe
Hartford offers two delivery solutions to the rest of Europe:
- Standard Delivery - 3 to 5 business days - $12
- Express Delivery – 2 to 3 business days - $20
Standard delivery is free for purchases over €250.
Hartford ships from France, so no taxes or customs duties are payable by the customer upon receipt of the order.
Delivery to French overseas territories
Hartford has chosen DHL for its deliveries to French overseas territories. Orders are delivered within 4 to 5 business days.
Shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties are calculated during checkout.
Hartford ships from mainland France. Therefore, certain taxes and customs duties may be charged upon delivery. In this case, they are payable by the customer.

Delivery to Australia
Hartford offers delivery via DHL to Australia. Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping costs are AUD 40 and are free for purchases over AUD 600.
Prices include GST. The total amount you pay includes all customs duties and taxes. No taxes or customs duties are payable by the customer upon receipt of the order.
Delivery to the rest of the world
For all other countries (outside Europe), Hartford offers delivery via DHL.
Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the country.
Shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties are calculated during checkout.
Hartford ships from France. Customs duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of the order, depending on the country. These may be claimed directly by the carrier DHL and are payable by the customer.

My order still hasn't been delivered. What should I do?
If you have not received your package within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please check the status of your package on the carrier's website (Colissimo, GLS, or DHL) using the tracking number sent to you by email. You can use the link on our Delivery page to do this.
